COVID 19 Prevention

Dear friends and clients:

The accommodations in Asturias have been opened in a general way. So we can now accommodate people who move to Asturias either for work or leisure without exception.

General mobility restrictions are also lifted.

Current measures

  • The use of masks is mandatory throughout the establishment and in interior and exterior spaces throughout Asturias (exceptions in case of sports etc…).
  • In restaurants, cider houses and hotels: Mandatory mask. Mandatory COVID passport (except children up to 12 years old). Recommendation of a maximum of 10 people outdoors and indoors.
  • Discos and nightlife: From 12/28/21 TOTAL CLOSURE OF NIGHTLIFE for a month and the rest of the interiors at 1:00 a.m. (terraces excluded).

After the situation in which we currently find ourselves due to the “Coronavirus” COVID-19; We have taken the following measures.

  • We have adjusted our schedules, to avoid contact between our staff as much as possible.
  • We have updated our training with the latest update of “Aire de first” from the Ministry of Health of the Principality of Asturias (July 2021).
  • We facilitate online check-in if requested, to avoid waiting.
  • We have reviewed our cleaning protocols to reinforce the indications of the health authorities.
  • Hydroalcoholic gels and hygienic masks are available to our clients at reception.

Recommendations for clients

Before the trip:

  • Check your temperature and pay special attention to symptoms of covid-19 (fever, dry cough, sore throat, diarrhoea…) and contact the health authorities.
  • Remember to go with your protective equipment (gel and mask)
  • Be attentive to the instructions of the Ministry of Health and the Government of the Principality of Asturias.
  • Remember to check the restrictions on travel to hotels, shops, etc. that you can find in the transit regions and in Asturias.

During the stay:

  • Avoid touching surfaces in common use and transit areas.
  • Remember to respect the safety distance of 2 meters with people outside your accommodation.
  • Let our staff know if you have identified any potential risks.
  • Please make the payment by card.
